Where we do

  • A plugin cannot test an update and roll it back when it breaks the checkout.
  • A plugin emails you. Nobody reads those emails.
  • It cannot clean an infected site, or tell you how they got in.
  • It cannot tell you the theme was abandoned in 2018, which is why the holes keep appearing.

Honest answer

Almost every site we look after runs a plugin too. It is a tool in the job, not a replacement for it.
