What we are
An independent web studio that builds websites, cleans up hacked ones, and looks after them monthly.
Where we work
Anywhere. Everything is done by email and by screen, in English, and priced in US dollars.
Who answers
The person who does the work. There is no sales team and no call centre in between.
What it costs
Quoted per site after we look at it. No price list, because no two sites are the same job.
What Norval does
- Build. A new website, or a rebuild of the one you have, on WordPress or as a custom build. You own it and you can take it anywhere.
- Secure. Cleaning a hacked site, finding how they got in, closing it, hardening what is left, and watching the site for thirty days afterwards.
- Care. Monthly maintenance: updates tested before they ship, daily backups that are checked by restoring them, security and search checks, and one plain report a month.
The free scan
Anyone can paste a public web address into the scanner and get a grade from A to F in about ten seconds. No signup, no account, no card, and the result appears on the page rather than in an email.
It reads what a visitor, Google and an attacker can each see from outside: phones, security headers and certificate, speed, search and structured data, business presence, the platform and its version, the age of the code, image weight, and which AI crawlers are allowed in.
What it does not tell you
- Whether the site is infected. It reads only what a visitor can see, never your files or your database.
- Whether the words on the site sell anything. That takes a person reading them.
- Where the site ranks. It checks the things that help a site rank, not its position for any search.
The full report is different: a person goes through the site and sends back a fix list in the order we would do it, as a private link. It costs nothing.
What we will not claim
We report what we saw on a public page at a moment in time. No promise that a change lifts rankings or sales, and no figure we cannot show the working for. Where a check could not run, the report says so instead of scoring it as a pass.
How we price
Every job is quoted after we look at the site. No price list: the same request is two days on one site and two weeks on another. Invoiced in US dollars, usually part up front. Care plans stop whenever you say so.
What Norval is not
Not a hosting company, not a website builder, not a plugin, not a marketplace, and not an advertising agency. We do not sell templates, and we do not resell hosting.
How we handle information
No analytics, no advertising pixels, nothing loaded from anyone else's servers. The privacy page says what is kept and for how long, and anything we hold about you is deleted on request.
If something here is wrong
Tell us and we will correct it the same week, and say what changed.
